By Lyes Hammadouche – A dynamic work, 2014
Diameter of 1.50 m, with birch, beech and brass. Dynamic work that turns on itself and plays on mechanical and physical balance ratios. The cylindrical beech part is a counterweight to the whole sculpture. As it moves slowly, it moves on a circle of three metres in diameter. This work is in progress, it is an idea that can be developed in other formats and other materials (such as plastic) and on larger scales.
